Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unmarked, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@akiraorganic.com requesting the return and carefully package the item you wish to return so that it is well protected during shipping. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special limited-edition perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like VIP special orders or unique personalized items), and personal care items (like used soap). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The procedure for an exchange is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
